Friends of Proud Lake Projects
*Purchased a covered tent pavilion that is at Heavner Canoe Rental which is part of the Proud Lake Recreational
area.
*Contribution towards a well at the Organizational Camp site at the Proud Lake
Campground.
*Contribution along with Heavner Canoe Rental a used hay wagon to the Proud Lake State Park DNR.
*Contribution towards archery equipment to the Proud Lake State Park DNR for upcoming classes and stations.

*We are currently working at getting our 501c3 status, which is becoming a non-profit with the Federal Government.
This is a timely process. Currently we are writing our by-laws to meet their requirements in being a non-profit.

*We are currently also looking to update our Proud Lake campground with a play structure to accommodate our little
campers. If you have ideas or know of any used equipment for sale, please contact us. This project will be in the
works as we have the funds available to purchase and install the equipment.
